Power distribution for sound bags
The Deity Microphones SPD-HR3U is a 4-Pin Hirose to Triple USB-C cable built for location sound kits. It connects Hirose-compatible power distributors such as the SPD-1 or Audio Root to multiple USB-C devices at once. Sound mixers and boom operators use it to keep transmitters, receivers and timecode boxes running from a single battery source.
Hirose input with three USB-C outputs
The cable plugs into any 4-Pin Push-Power port on a compatible distributor and splits power across three USB-C connectors. This layout removes the need for separate adapters or multiple battery plates inside a sound bag. It supports gear including Sony UTX-B40 and URX-P40 units, Deity Connect DUO-RX, BP-TRX, DBTX, D2RX, TC-1, Zoom F6, Android phones and USB-C iPad models.
Steady current under continuous use
Under sustained load the cable maintains stable voltage across all three outputs without the sag seen on lighter gauge leads. The Push-Power locking Hirose connector resists accidental disconnects during long takes or when the bag is moved. It is not suited for rigs that require more than three simultaneous USB-C feeds or for devices that draw power over proprietary multi-pin connectors not listed above.

Questions about this item
What is the maximum continuous power draw before the 4-pin Hirose connector becomes the limiting factor?
The cable passes power from a Hirose-compatible distributor such as the SPD-1 or Audio Root, so the sustained limit is set by that distributor rather than the cable itself.
Does the cable generate noticeable heat or noise when powering three devices all day?
As a passive cable with no active electronics it produces no fan noise and negligible heat; any warmth comes from the connected devices and the power distributor.
Which specific power distributor must I already own for this cable to function?
You need a Hirose 4-pin Push-Power distributor such as the Deity SPD-1 or an Audio Root unit to supply power to the three USB-C outputs.
