Desktop Stapler for Everyday Use

This purple Deli stapler handles up to 25 sheets per press and comes with 640 staples in the box. The full rubber base prevents slipping on a desk, and the spring-loaded magazine makes reloading quick. It suits students, office workers and home users who need a reliable manual tool for routine paper fastening.

Practical Limits of Manual Stapling

The mechanism is rated for 25 sheets of standard paper; thicker stacks will not close cleanly and may jam. The magazine holds 120 staples at a time, so the included 640 staples cover several refills. The rotatable anvil switches between permanent and temporary clinch styles, but the tool cannot bind booklets or heavy card beyond its rated capacity.

Upgrade from Basic Light-Duty Models

This replaces single-mode staplers that lack a rotatable anvil or a non-slip base, adding tacking capability and jam-resistant rails. The jump is worth it when you staple daily and want fewer misfires, or when you occasionally pin notices to a board. It is not for users who need electric operation, high-volume binding or a long-reach throat depth.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the model that holds 120 staples or the one that includes 640 staples?

The same stapler holds up to 120 staples at a time and the box already contains 640 staples, so you get both capacities in one purchase.

What does the 25-sheet capacity mean when I am at my desk?

You can fasten up to 25 sheets of standard paper in a single press without jamming, thanks to the all-metal inner rail.

Does the rotatable anvil change how the staple legs close?

Yes, rotating the anvil switches between permanent stapling with legs bent inward and temporary stapling with legs bent outward for easy removal.
