Purpose and fit

This 130W Slim AC Adapter delivers 19.5V at 6.67A through a 4.5mm barrel connector. It suits owners of Dell Inspiron 13 7347, 13 7348, 7459, Precision Mobile Workstation 5510, M2800, M3800 and XPS 15 9530 or 9550 models that require this exact power rating.

When to replace

It replaces a lost, damaged or under-powered charger that matches part numbers 06TTY6, 6TTY6, ADP-130EB BA, TX73F, 332-1829, HA130PM130 or DA130PM13. The jump is worth it when the original unit no longer holds a stable 19.5V output or the connector tip is worn.

Install and pitfalls

The adapter accepts 100 to 240V input worldwide and includes a 3.3 Ft power cord, so no extra cables are needed. Verify the 4.5mm by 3.0mm tip fits the laptop port before ordering; buyers needing a different barrel size or higher wattage cannot use this unit.

Questions about this item

What connector size does the 130 W adapter use to fit the laptop power port?

The adapter uses a 4.5 mm by 3.0 mm barrel connector that matches the Dell models listed.

How do I install the adapter, and what step is often missed?

Plug the 3.3 ft power cord firmly into the brick, insert the 4.5 mm tip until it seats, then connect the wall plug; the cord-to-brick connection is the step most often left loose.

What part will need replacement first on the 130 W adapter?

The detachable 3.3 ft AC cord wears out before the brick; keep a spare IEC C5 cable rated for 100 to 240 V input.
