Everyday Computing with 13th Gen Intel Core i5

This 15.6 inch laptop is built for everyday computing with a 13th Generation Intel Core i5 1334U processor. It suits students and office workers who need a reliable machine for documents, web browsing and video calls. The 8 GB of memory and 512 GB of storage handle typical workloads without extra upgrades. Carbon Black finish gives it a professional look.

Sustained Load Behaviour with Integrated Graphics

Under sustained load the integrated graphics share system memory with the CPU, so prolonged heavy multitasking or large media edits will slow the system more than a discrete GPU would. The single 8 GB memory module limits bandwidth compared to dual-channel configurations. Express Charge support helps restore battery capacity quickly between sessions. Thermal throttling may appear during extended high utilisation.

Thermals Noise and Power Draw in Normal Use

Lifted hinges improve airflow beneath the chassis during typical office tasks, keeping surface temperatures comfortable for lap use. The 65 Watt AC adapter supplies enough power for normal workloads without drawing excess current. Fan noise stays low during web browsing and document work. Dell ComfortView software reduces blue light emissions for extended viewing comfort.

Questions about this item

How loud and hot does the Dell 15 DC15250 get when running all day on the 65 Watt AC adapter?

The 65 W power supply limits sustained draw, so fan noise stays moderate and surface temperatures remain comfortable during typical workloads.

What must I already own to start using the Dell 15 DC15250 right away?

The box includes the laptop, a 65 W AC adapter and a US power cord, so only a wall outlet is required.
