Second adapter for Dell notebooks
This 65 W AC adapter is built for Dell notebooks, Chromebooks and Mini PCs that require a 65-watt supply. It suits owners of models such as the Inspiron 11 3147, Inspiron 13 7347, Inspiron 14 3452, 3458 and 5458, Inspiron 15 3551, 5559, 5551, 5555 and Inspiron 3050, 3252, 3655 desktops. Buyers who need a higher wattage or a different connector cannot use this unit.
Simple plug-in replacement
The adapter ships with a 6.6 ft power cord and uses the standard Dell barrel connector, so installation is a matter of plugging the cord into the brick and the barrel into the device. No drivers or configuration are required. The only common issue is attempting to power a system that demands more than 65 W, which will cause the adapter to shut down or the laptop to throttle.
Steady 65 W output under load
Rated for a continuous maximum output of 65 W, the brick delivers its full rated power while the notebook runs and charges the battery at the same time. It maintains this level during extended work sessions without the short-term boost behaviour seen in some lower-rated chargers. The 6.6 ft cable length gives enough reach for desk or travel use without voltage drop.
