2U Cable Management Arm Kit

The DELL 770-BDSK kit provides a dedicated cable management arm for 2U rack servers. It keeps cabling organised and secure during maintenance slides. System administrators deploying Dell PowerEdge racks will find it essential for neat cable routing.

Compatible PowerEdge models

Verify that your server is one of the listed PowerEdge models before ordering. Supported units include R530, R540, R550, R570, R730, R730XD, R740, R740XD, R7425, R750, R750XS, R7515, R7525, R760, R760XA, R760XD2, R760XS, R7615, R7625, R770, R770AP, R7715, R7725 and R830. This kit will not fit servers outside that range.

Build quality and daily use

The arm mounts to the rack rails and swings out with the chassis for rear access. Its metal construction withstands repeated extension cycles in dense data-centre rows. Cables remain routed through the arm, so they do not snag or disconnect when the server is pulled forward for service.

The kit contains the 2U cable management arm and its mounting hardware for the listed PowerEdge servers. Rails are not included and must be purchased separately if not already fitted.

Which Dell PowerEdge models is the 770-BDSK arm compatible with?

It fits R530, R540, R550, R570, R730, R730XD, R740, R740XD, R7425, R750, R750XS, R7515, R7525, R760, R760XA, R760XD2, R760XS, R7615, R7625, R770, R770AP, R7715, R7725 and R830.

The arm stays attached to the rack and lets the server slide forward while keeping cables routed and strain-relieved, so connections remain intact during service.
