DELL Alienware X17 R1 laptop 17.3" FHD i7-11800H 64GB 2TB RTX 3070

17.3-inch FHD gaming laptop

The Dell Alienware X17 R1 is a 17.3-inch laptop built for high-frame-rate gaming and heavy multitasking. An eight-core Intel Core i7-11800H processor reaches 4.6 GHz turbo frequency, paired with 64 GB of memory and a 2 TB dual-SSD array. The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU with 8 GB GDDR6 drives the 1920 x 1080 non-touch display.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

Buyers who want a large-screen portable workstation with desktop-class core count and memory capacity for rendering or virtual machines will find the spec aligned. Shoppers needing a lighter chassis for daily commuting, a higher-resolution panel for colour-critical work, or longer unplugged runtime should look elsewhere.

360 Hz FHD display refresh rate

The 17.3-inch FHD panel is offered with a 360 Hz refresh rate option, a specification that determines whether motion clarity matches competitive gaming demands. If the target use prioritises 4K resolution or a lower-refresh panel for battery life, this display characteristic makes the unit the wrong choice.
