The system arrives fully assembled with operating system and drivers ready to use. Internal upgrades require removing the base cover; the SSD and memory slots are accessible but component layout is dense. Questions about this item

How can I verify the RTX 3080 laptop GPU is running at full performance after setup?

Open the NVIDIA Control Panel, confirm the RTX 3080 is set as the preferred graphics processor, then run a GPU-intensive benchmark or game and check that the GPU utilisation reaches near 100% with clock speeds sustaining the rated boost.

What is included in the box and what must I buy separately?

The laptop ships with the 17.3" FHD display, Intel Core i7-11800H, 64GB RAM, 1TB SSD, RTX 3080 graphics, Windows 11 Pro, power adapter, and documentation. External monitors, peripherals, carrying case, and docking station are sold separately.

Which display version should I choose between the 360Hz, 165Hz, and 120Hz options?

The 360Hz FHD panel is thinnest at .823" and lightest at 6.65 lb, ideal for competitive gaming. The 165Hz FHD and 120Hz UHD panels are slightly thicker at .843" with the same footprint; pick 165Hz for high refresh at FHD or 120Hz UHD for 4K resolution.
