All-in-One Office Performer

The Dell B1265DFW is a 4-in-1 monochrome laser multifunction printer built for small offices that need print, copy, scan and fax in one desktop device. It handles plain paper and supports direct printing from Android and iOS devices as well as Google Cloud Print. Nuance PaperPort 14 software is included for scanning and organising PDFs. Green compliance is certified under WEEE.

Sustained Workload Behaviour

ISO rated speeds show 14 images per minute for both mono printing and mono copying, well below the 29 pages per minute peak quoted for short bursts. The built-in duplexer enables automatic two-sided output without manual re-feeding. Standard input capacity is fixed at 251 sheets across two installed trays, with no expansion supported beyond that limit. Fast Ethernet and Wi-Fi provide network connectivity for shared access.

Interface and Standard Limits

Optical scan resolution reaches 1200 dpi, while interpolated resolution extends to 4800 x 4800 dpi for enhanced detail. Maximum copy resolution is 600 x 600 dpi. Fax transmission is monochrome only. Network connectivity uses Fast Ethernet rather than Gigabit. USB is available for direct local connection. The device is designed for monochrome print and copy workflows with colour scanning capability.
