Dell Pro P P2426HEB 23.8" 120Hz IPS Monitor

The Dell Pro P P2426HEB is a 23.8 inch Full HD IPS monitor with a 120Hz refresh rate. It includes a built-in webcam, Thunderbolt 3 connectivity, and a fully adjustable stand. The panel delivers 16.7 million colours at 300 nits brightness.

Suits office workers needing video calls

Buyers who need higher resolution than 1920 x 1080 or a contrast ratio above 1,500:1 should consider other options. Those requiring more than one HDMI 2.1 port or DisplayPort 1.4 connection will find the connectivity limited.

Thunderbolt 3 upstream with 120Hz Full HD

The single Thunderbolt 3 port handles video, data, and upstream USB 3.0 through one cable. This decides whether the monitor can serve as a complete dock for a compatible laptop. The 120Hz refresh rate at 1920 x 1080 is supported over this link.

Questions about this item

Will the 100 x 100mm VESA pattern on the P2426HEB fit my monitor arm?

The monitor uses a standard 100 x 100mm VESA mount, so any arm or bracket with that pattern will fit.

How do I get the built-in webcam and USB hub working over the single USB Type-C cable, and what step is often missed?

Connect the upstream USB 3.0 Type-B or a USB Type-C cable to your PC; the webcam and downstream ports only activate once that upstream link is established.

Does the integrated 1080p webcam have any user-replaceable parts or covers that wear out?

The webcam is built into the chassis with no removable lens cover or module; if it fails the whole monitor requires service.
