Dual-port 10 Gbps SFP+ PCIe low-profile network adapter for high-speed server connectivity
This Dell-branded QLogic QL41112 card adds two 10 Gbps SFP+ uplinks over a PCIe interface. It targets administrators upgrading rack-mount servers or workstations that only accept half-height brackets. The dual-port design supports link aggregation or redundant paths without consuming an additional slot.
The half-height bracket fits 1U and other space-constrained chassis where full-height cards cannot be installed. Two SFP+ cages accept a range of direct-attach cables or optical transceivers, letting you choose copper or fibre per link. A standard PCIe edge connector provides the host bus connection for the 10 Gbps data rate.
The 807N9 part number matches Dell’s own service documentation, simplifying spare-tracking across homogeneous clusters. No transceivers or cables are included, so you select the exact reach and media type each port requires. The card arrives new and ready for driver installation on supported operating systems.

The card uses a PCIe bus; each of the two SFP+ ports runs at 10 Gbps, so the practical ceiling is 10 Gbps per port.
It fits a low-profile bracket and needs a single PCIe x8 or x16 slot with enough rear-panel space for two SFP+ cages.
Power down the server, insert the card into a free PCIe slot, secure the low-profile bracket screw, then attach SFP+ transceivers and cables before powering on.
