Dell EBT2250 Tower Plus Overview

The Dell EBT2250 Tower Plus is a 2025 desktop computer built around an Intel Core Ultra 9 285 processor with 24 cores and a maximum turbo frequency of 5.6 GHz. It includes 32GB of DDR5 5600 MHz memory, a 2TB PCIe NVMe M.2 solid-state drive and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Ti graphics card with 16GB of GDDR7 memory. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed and a wired keyboard and mouse are supplied in the box.

Ideal Use Cases and Limitations

This system suits professionals and enthusiasts who need strong multi-core CPU performance and a modern GPU with generous video memory for creative workloads, AI-assisted applications or high-resolution gaming. The 2TB NVMe drive provides ample fast storage for large project files.

Deciding Specification — GPU Video Memory

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Ti card provides 16GB of GDDR7 video memory, which is the single figure that determines whether this desktop can hold large textures, 3D scenes or AI models entirely on the GPU. If your workflow demands more VRAM than 16GB, this model will not meet that requirement.

Questions about this item

Will the 24-core Core Ultra 9 285 throttle under sustained multi-core load?

The processor has a 2.5 GHz base clock and can reach 5.6 GHz turbo; sustained multi-core performance will depend on the tower's cooling capacity and power limits.

How loud and hot does the chassis get when the RTX 5060 Ti 16GB runs all day?

The system uses a tower form factor with front and rear airflow; actual acoustic and thermal results vary with workload and ambient temperature.

What display cables do I need for the three DisplayPort 1.4a and one HDMI 2.1a outputs?

Use DisplayPort 1.4a cables for the three DP ports and an HDMI 2.1a cable for the HDMI port; monitors are not included.
