15.6-inch FHD Touch Laptop

This Dell Inspiron 15 3520 is a 15.6-inch laptop with a Full HD touch display. It runs on an Intel Core i5-1155G7 processor with 4 cores and a base speed of 2.50 GHz. The system includes 16GB of DDR4 memory and a 1024GB SSD. It ships with Windows 11 Home in S mode.

Home and Office Users

The touchscreen and integrated Intel UHD Graphics suit students and professionals handling documents, web browsing and video calls. The non-backlit keyboard and lack of a fingerprint reader may disappoint users who work in low light or want quick biometric login. Buyers needing discrete graphics for gaming or heavy rendering should consider other options.

16GB DDR4 Memory and 1024GB SSD

The single specification that decides fit is the 16GB DDR4 RAM paired with a 1024GB SSD. This combination determines whether the laptop can handle your multitasking workload and store your files without immediate upgrades. Verify that DDR4 matches your requirements before purchase.

Questions about this item

Can the 16GB DDR4 memory be upgraded later?

The 16GB DDR4 configuration fills the available slots, so adding more memory would require replacing the existing modules.

Will the Intel Core i5-1155G7 hit its thermal ceiling during long workloads?

Sustained heavy loads push the 4-core processor toward its 4.40 GHz turbo limit, at which point the cooling system caps performance to manage heat.

How loud does the fan get and how hot does the chassis feel after hours of use?

Under continuous load the fan spins up to an audible level and the bottom surface near the hinge becomes noticeably warm.
