Inspiron 3520 touchscreen laptop

This 15.6 inch touchscreen laptop runs Windows 11 Pro on an Intel Core i5 11th Gen processor with 4 cores and 8 threads. It delivers 32GB DDR4 memory and a 256GB PCIe NVMe SSD for responsive multitasking and fast boot times. Integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics drive the 1920 x 1080 WVA panel at 60Hz.

Suits office and study work; not for heavy GPU loads

The configuration serves professionals and students who need a bright Full HD touch display, 802.11ac Wi Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 for daily productivity. Buyers who want discrete graphics for rendering or gaming should look at a system with a dedicated GPU. The single USB 2.0 port and HDMI output cover basic peripheral needs.

256GB PCIe NVMe SSD decides fit

The 256GB PCIe NVMe SSD is the primary storage device and determines whether the laptop holds your working set of files and applications. Users with larger media libraries or multiple virtual machines will need external or cloud storage to supplement the internal capacity.

Questions about this item

Will the 15.6" touchscreen and 32GB DDR4 memory work with my existing USB 2.0 docking station and external monitor?

The laptop includes one USB 2.0 port and an HDMI output, so a USB 2.0 dock and external display can be connected directly. The 32GB DDR4 memory and 15.6" touchscreen operate independently of those ports.

How can I verify the i5-1135G7 is reaching its 4.2 GHz turbo and the 256GB NVMe SSD is recognised after setup?

Open Task Manager, select the Performance tab, and watch the CPU frequency climb toward 4.2 GHz under load. In the same tab, the 256GB NVMe SSD should appear with its full capacity and show active read/write speeds.

Does the box contain the 65W power supply and SDXC reader, or must I buy them separately?

The 65W power supply is included. The SDXC reader is built into the chassis, not a separate accessory, so no extra purchase is needed for either.
