Questions about this item

How does the Intel Core i5-1235U behave when all 10 cores run at 4.4 GHz for long periods?

The 10-core processor reaches 4.4 GHz turbo but sustained loads will hit thermal limits and drop clocks to stay within the 15 W base power envelope.

What fan noise and surface temperatures should I expect during an all-day workload?

Integrated UHD Graphics and the slim 0.83-inch chassis mean the fan spins up noticeably and the keyboard deck gets warm under continuous use.

Which external display cables or adapters do I need to connect a monitor to the HDMI 1.4b port?

A standard HDMI cable plugs directly into the HDMI 1.4b output; no adapter is required unless your monitor uses DisplayPort or USB-C video input.
