Questions about this item

What external displays can the HDMI 2.1 port drive?

The HDMI 2.1 output supports one external monitor; maximum resolution and refresh rate depend on the Intel UHD Graphics capability of the i3-1115G4 processor.

Which storage form factor does the 256 GB drive use, and is there room for another?

The installed drive is an M.2 PCIe NVMe module; the chassis supports up to 1 TB in the same slot, so a larger single drive can replace it.

How is the memory upgraded, and what mistake should be avoided?

Remove the base cover, insert a DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM into the free slot up to 32 GB total; the common error is buying desktop DIMMs or a different DDR generation that will not fit.
