Dell Latitude 3520 with 8TB PCIe SSD

This laptop pairs an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor with 32GB DDR4 memory and an 8TB PCIe NVMe SSD. The 4-core CPU runs at 2.40GHz with a 4.2 GHz turbo frequency and 8MB cache. It targets professionals who need large local storage capacity and Windows 11 Pro in a 15.6-inch form factor.

54 WHr battery and 65W power supply

The system uses integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics, which keeps power draw modest during typical office workloads. A 3-cell 54 WHr battery supplies mobile runtime while the included 65W adapter handles charging. Fan noise stays low during standard productivity tasks thanks to the efficient integrated graphics design.

Velztorm professional upgrade service

The supplier opens the manufacturer box to install the 32GB DDR4 upgrade and 8TB NVMe SSD before final testing. This configuration adds a micro SD reader, USB 3.2 Type-C Gen2, HDMI, two USB 3.1 Gen1 ports, one USB 2.0 port and Ethernet LAN. Wi-Fi 6 AX201 and Bluetooth 5.1 provide modern wireless connectivity.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 8TB PCIe NVMe SSD and what step do people often miss?

The 8TB PCIe NVMe SSD fits in the M.2 slot; the step many miss is enabling the NVMe controller in BIOS before cloning or installing Windows 11 Pro.

What maintenance will the 54 WHr 3-cell battery need later?

The 54 WHr 3-cell battery will eventually hold less charge; plan to replace it with a genuine Dell 3-cell 54 WHr pack when runtime drops below your needs.

What limit appears first during sustained loads on the i5-1135G7 with Intel Iris Xe graphics?

The 65 W power supply and shared thermal envelope throttle the i5-1135G7 and Iris Xe first, capping turbo clocks during long heavy workloads.
