Ready-to-use business laptop

The Dell Latitude 5490 is a 14.0 inch laptop built for everyday office work and study. It ships with Windows 10 Home pre-installed and includes a recovery image on the drive. The 512 GB SSD and 32 GB of memory provide responsive multitasking and fast boot times. Integrated Intel HD Graphics 620 handles standard productivity and video playback.

Simple setup with cosmetic wear

The unit arrives fully assembled and configured, so no internal installation is required. Because it is professionally reconditioned, expect moderate scratches or scuffs on the bezel and casing plus signs of use on the keyboard and trackpad. Expansion or SD slot covers may be missing and the screen may show up to two minor imperfections such as light scratches or dead pixels.

Verify OS and port needs

Confirm that Windows 10 Home meets your software requirements, as the licence is tied to this edition. The specification lists zero USB ports, so check whether your peripherals need adapters or a docking station. The non-touch FHD display runs at 1920 x 1080 and the memory uses two slots totalling 32 GB.
