Ultra-portable business laptop

The Dell Latitude 7290 is a 12.5 inch Windows 10 Pro notebook built around a quad-core Intel Core i7-8650U running at 1.90 GHz. It ships with 32 GB of DDR4 memory and a 1 TB M.2 SATA SSD in a non-touch HD chassis.

Mobile professionals needing maximum RAM

The 32 GB configuration suits heavy multitasking and large datasets on the move. Buyers who want a touchscreen or a higher-resolution panel should look at something else.

32 GB DDR4 memory in a 12.5 inch form factor

This capacity is unusual for the screen class and determines whether the machine can handle virtual machines or big spreadsheets without paging. The single Thunderbolt 3 port and HDMI output handle external displays and docks.
