Questions about this item

Will the onboard 8 GB DDR4 memory need upgrading later?

The 8 GB DDR4 RAM is soldered onboard and cannot be expanded; if more memory is needed the whole system must be replaced.

What limits sustained performance first on the i5-8350U?

The quad-core i5-8350U hits its thermal ceiling in the thin chassis, so clock speeds drop from the 3.6 GHz boost to the 1.7 GHz base under long loads.

How loud and hot does the 13.3" convertible get during all-day use?

Fan noise stays low at idle but becomes audible under continuous load; the aluminium body warms noticeably around the keyboard deck and hinge area.
