13.3" FHD Touch Ultrabook

The Dell Latitude 7390 is a 13.3 inch Full HD touchscreen laptop powered by an Intel Core i7-8650U quad-core processor running at 1.9GHz. It ships with 16GB of DDR4 memory and a 512GB M.2 PCIe SSD. The integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 drives the 1920 x 1080 anti-glare display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4.

Sustained 15W quad-core load

The i7-8650U operates at a 15W TDP with vPro manageability, allowing the four cores to maintain performance during extended productivity workloads. The 16GB DDR4 configuration supports multitasking across business applications without hitting the memory ceiling. Thermal design keeps the chassis stable during long work sessions away from a desk.

Integrated graphics and memory ceiling

Intel UHD Graphics 620 handles the native 1080p panel and external displays but is not suited for GPU-accelerated rendering or modern 3D workloads. The platform supports up to 32GB of DDR4, so the installed 16GB can be doubled if future workloads demand more headroom. Storage is limited to the single M.2 PCIe slot populated by the 512GB drive.

Questions about this item

How much power does the i7-8650U draw under sustained load?

The i7-8650U is a 15 W processor, so sustained load stays within that thermal envelope.

Does the 16 GB DDR4 require any additional memory modules to run?

No, the 16 GB DDR4 is already installed and runs in dual-channel configuration out of the box.

Will the Intel UHD 620 drive a legacy VGA monitor through the dock?

The Intel UHD 620 supports analog output via a dock or adapter, so a VGA display will work.
