Included accessories

A Dell AC adapter is supplied so the system can be powered immediately. The spec sheet notes excellent battery health in BIOS and cosmetic scratches on the bottom case, which do not affect operation.

Deciding specification

The 16 GB of memory and 256 GB PCIe SSD set the practical ceiling for multitasking and local storage. Buyers who need more memory or a larger drive should look at a different configuration.

Questions about this item

Will the 256 GB PCIe SSD need replacement as storage fills up?

The 256 GB PCIe SSD is the primary storage; adding files or applications will eventually require external drives or cloud space, but the drive itself is solid-state with no moving parts to wear out.

What limits performance first during long workloads on the Core i5-1145G7?

The 11th Gen Core i5-1145G7 with Intel Iris Xe graphics will reach its thermal ceiling before the 16 GB memory or SSD become bottlenecks under sustained load.

How loud and hot does the 14.0 inch convertible get when running all day?

The thin 2-in-1 chassis uses a single fan that becomes audible under continuous load; the bottom case and keyboard deck grow warm but remain within normal operating temperatures for this form factor.
