14" QHD Touchscreen Laptop

The Dell Latitude 7480 is a 14.0" business laptop with a 2560 x 1440 touchscreen display. It runs on an Intel Core i7-6600U dual-core processor at 2.60 GHz with 4MB cache and 8GB DDR4 memory. A 1TB NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD provides fast storage. Windows 10 Pro 64-bit is pre-installed for professional use.

Thunderbolt 3 and Integrated Graphics Limits

The single Thunderbolt 3 USB-C port enables external display and peripheral expansion but shares bandwidth with the Intel HD Graphics 520 integrated GPU. This graphics solution handles general productivity and video playback but is not suited for demanding 3D rendering or modern gaming workloads. The 15W processor thermal design constrains sustained performance during heavy multitasking.

Business-Grade Chassis and Connectivity

The black Latitude chassis includes a 720p webcam, microSD card reader, and Gigabit Ethernet for wired networks. Three USB 3.0 ports and one HDMI output support legacy peripherals and external monitors. Wireless connectivity uses 802.11ac with Bluetooth 4.2. The package includes the laptop, charger, and battery for immediate deployment.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 8 GB DDR4 and 1 TB NVMe model or look for a different capacity?

The laptop ships with 8 GB DDR4 soldered memory and a 1 TB NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD; memory cannot be upgraded, so select this configuration only if 8 GB meets your workload.

What does the 2.6 GHz i7-6600U actually deliver in daily use?

The dual-core 2.6 GHz processor with 4 MB cache and 15 W TDP handles office multitasking and web browsing smoothly, but sustained heavy tasks will throttle due to the low power envelope.

What can the Thunderbolt 3 USB-C port really do?

The single Thunderbolt 3 USB-C port supports 40 Gb/s data, DisplayPort video output and charging, letting you drive an external monitor or dock through one cable.
