Latitude 7490 14" Touchscreen i7-8650U

The Dell Latitude 7490 is a 14-inch business laptop with a Full HD touchscreen and an Intel Core i7-8650U processor running at 1.90 GHz. It comes with 16 GB of DDR4 memory and a 512 GB SSD, running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit out of the box. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 handles the display output.

Mobile professionals needing touch input

The convertible touchscreen and anti-glare coating suit users who annotate documents or present on the move. A full set of ports including HDMI 1.4, USB 3.1 Gen1, USB Type-C with DisplayPort, RJ-45 and an SD 4.0 reader covers older peripherals. Buyers who want a dedicated GPU, more than 32 GB of RAM or a newer CPU generation should look elsewhere.

512 GB SSD and 16 GB RAM with 32 GB ceiling

The 512 GB solid-state drive provides fast boot and application loads for typical office workloads. Installed 16 GB DDR4 across two slots handles multitasking comfortably, and the board supports up to 32 GB for future headroom. Heavy video editing, large dataset work or modern gaming will exceed the integrated graphics and memory bandwidth.
