Mobile workstation for business users

The Dell Latitude 7490 7000 Series is a 14.0-inch FHD ultrabook built for professionals who need reliable performance on the move. It runs Windows 11 Pro on an 8th Gen Intel Core i5-8350U quad-core processor at 1.70 GHz with 32 GB DDR4 memory and a 256 GB SSD.

Compact unibody with versatile ports

A premium unibody chassis finished in soft-touch paint houses a non-touch IPS panel with thin borders. Connectivity includes HDMI, three USB 3.1 Gen1 ports (one with PowerShare), a USB Type-C port with DisplayPort output, Wi-Fi 4 and Bluetooth 4.1 for daily docking and peripheral use.

Step up from 8 GB or 128 GB configurations

The 32 GB DDR4 and 256 GB SSD combination removes the memory and storage ceilings found in base models, allowing heavier multitasking and larger local datasets. Buyers who need more than 256 GB of internal storage or a dedicated graphics card should look elsewhere.
