Compact ultrabook for mobile professionals

The Dell Latitude 7390 is a 13.3-inch touchscreen ultrabook running Windows 11 Pro. It combines an 8th Gen Intel Core i5-8350U quad-core processor with 16 GB DDR4 memory and a 256 GB NVMe SSD. The FHD 1920 x 1080 display supports touch input and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 handles visual output. Connectivity includes Bluetooth 4.2, USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports, USB-C with DisplayPort, and HDMI.

Suited for office workflows and travel.

This laptop suits professionals who need a light, durable device for document editing, web apps and video calls on the move. The spill-resistant keyboard and 3.11 lb chassis support daily commuting. Buyers who need discrete graphics for 3D rendering, video editing or gaming should look elsewhere. The integrated GPU and fixed 16 GB memory also limit users who require large memory capacity or upgradeable RAM for virtualisation workloads.

256 GB NVMe SSD defines storage speed and capacity

The single M.2 256 GB NVMe drive determines how much data you can keep on-board and how quickly the system boots and loads applications. There is no secondary drive bay, so users with large local libraries must rely on external storage or cloud sync. The PCIe interface delivers solid responsiveness for typical business tasks.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 256 GB NVMe or wait for a larger drive?

The 256 GB NVMe SSD is the only capacity listed for this Latitude 7390. If you need more space, you would have to add an external drive or replace the internal M.2 module yourself.

What does the i5-8350U’s 3.6 GHz turbo actually deliver in daily work?

The quad-core i5-8350U runs at 1.7 GHz base and can boost to 3.6 GHz on short bursts, so office apps and web browsing feel snappy while sustained loads settle near the base clock.

Which ports does the USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 / DisplayPort support for video out?

The single USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 port carries DisplayPort video, so you can drive one external monitor directly; HDMI is also available for a second display.
