Dell Latitude 7490 business laptop

The Dell Latitude 7490 is a 14-inch business laptop supplied new with Windows 10 Pro. It uses an Intel Core i5-8250U quad-core processor with a 3.40 GHz turbo frequency. The system includes 8GB of memory and a 256GB solid-state drive. A non-touch HD display and integrated graphics complete the core specification.

1366 x 768 HD non-touch display

The screen measures 14.0 inches diagonally and offers a 1366 x 768 resolution in a non-touch HD panel. Integrated graphics drive the display without a discrete GPU. This resolution suits standard office applications and web-based workflows. Buyers needing higher pixel density for detailed design work should consider a panel with a greater resolution.

Mobile professionals needing core connectivity

This configuration suits mobile professionals who need a light 1.4 kg chassis with HDMI, USB 3.1 Gen 1, USB Type-C, RJ45 and a uSD card slot for daily productivity. It is not for users who require a touchscreen, discrete graphics performance, or a higher-resolution display for colour-critical tasks.
