Business-ready 14-inch laptop

The Dell Latitude 7490 is a 14.0-inch laptop powered by an Intel Core i7-8650U quad-core processor with 16GB DDR4 memory and a 256GB M.2 SATA SSD. It runs Windows 10 Pro and includes a 1920 x 1080 FHD non-touch display with integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620. The chassis is finished in black and built for frequent travel and client meetings.

Connectivity and expansion

Three USB 3.0 ports, a Thunderbolt 3 USB-C port, HDMI, Gigabit Ethernet and a microSD card reader provide video output, high-speed data and wired network access in one frame. The Thunderbolt 3 connection supports docking stations and external peripherals, reducing the number of cables required at a desk. Integrated 802.11ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2 handle wireless connectivity without extra dongles.

Suited to mobile professionals

This configuration suits professionals who need a lightweight 14-inch device with strong multi-core performance, all-day battery potential and versatile port selection for presentations. Buyers who want more storage capacity, a dedicated graphics card, a touchscreen or a newer operating system should look at alternative models.
