Latitude E5450 14.0-inch business laptop

The Dell Latitude E5450 is a 14.0-inch business laptop powered by an Intel Core i5-5300U processor at 2.30 GHz. It ships with 8GB of DDR3L memory and a 256GB SATA SSD. Windows 10 Pro 64-bit is pre-installed. The integrated Intel HD Graphics 5500 handles display output on the non-touch screen.

Verify memory ceiling and peripheral needs

This unit supports a maximum of 16 GB of memory, so confirm that 8 GB meets your workload before ordering. The specification lists Wi-Fi but notes that Bluetooth and a webcam are not included. An optical drive is present and the system uses a 2.5-inch SATA SSD. Check that your docking station or port replicator matches the available interfaces on this model.

AC adapter included; no webcam or Bluetooth

The package provides an AC adapter for immediate power. The absence of a built-in webcam means you will need an external camera for video calls. Bluetooth is also not fitted, so wireless peripherals such as mice or headsets require a separate USB dongle. These omissions are typical for corporate-returned units of this series.
