The Dell Latitude E6520 is a 15.6 inch laptop built for everyday office tasks. It runs on an Intel Core i7 2nd Gen processor with a base speed of 2.20 GHz and a turbo of 2.70 GHz. The system includes 16 GB of DDR3 memory and a 512 GB SATA SSD. Windows 10 Pro 64-bit comes pre-installed for immediate use.

Check ports, charger and OS needs before ordering

Verify that your peripherals match the available VGA and HDMI video outputs. Confirm the included DVD-RW drive meets your optical media requirements. The laptop uses integrated Intel HD 3000 graphics, so it is not suited for demanding 3D applications or modern gaming. Ensure Windows 10 Pro 64-bit is compatible with your required software environment.

Thermals, noise and power in typical use

The dual-core processor with 6 MB L3 cache handles standard workloads with moderate heat output. Fan noise stays low during document editing or web browsing on the HD+ LED display. The 512 GB SSD operates silently and draws less power than a mechanical drive. Battery life will vary depending on screen brightness and wireless activity.
