Ultra-portable business laptop

The Dell Latitude E7250 is a 12.5" ultra-portable laptop built for professionals who travel frequently or meet clients on site. Its 5th generation Intel Core i5-5300U dual-core processor running at 2.3 GHz provides efficient performance for office applications and video conferencing. The 16 GB DDR3 memory and 128 GB mSata SSD ensure responsive multitasking and fast boot times. Windows 10 Home is pre-installed for immediate productivity.

Connectivity and display bundle

The integrated Intel HD Graphics 5500 drives the 1366 x 768 non-touch screen and supports external displays through both HDMI and mini DisplayPort connections. Three USB 3.0 ports, Gigabit Ethernet and an SD card reader handle peripherals and wired networks without extra adapters. A built-in webcam enables video calls straight out of the box. The package includes the laptop, charger and battery so nothing else is required to start working.

Simple setup with cosmetic wear notes

Setup is straightforward: connect the supplied charger, power on and follow the Windows 10 first-run prompts. Drivers for the integrated graphics, LAN and wireless hardware install automatically through Windows Update. The Grade B condition means the unit shows visible signs of previous use such as a glossy keyboard or surface imperfections, but all functions have been tested. Buyers who need a pristine cosmetic appearance or larger storage capacity should consider other options.

Questions about this item

Can the 128GB mSATA SSD be upgraded to a larger drive?

Yes, the 128GB mSATA SSD can be replaced with a higher-capacity mSATA module if more storage is needed.

Will the dual-core i5-5300U at 2.3GHz throttle during long workloads?

Sustained heavy loads will hit the thermal limits of the slim chassis first, causing the processor to reduce speed to manage heat.

How loud does the fan get and how hot does the base become when running all day?

The fan spins up audibly under continuous load and the underside becomes noticeably warm, typical for a 12.5" ultraportable with integrated graphics.
