12.5" Windows 10 Pro ultraportable

The Dell Latitude E7250 is a 12.5-inch laptop powered by an Intel Core i5-5300U processor at 2.30 GHz with 8 GB of DDR3L memory and a 128 GB SATA mSATA SSD. It ships with Windows 10 Pro 64-bit and integrated Intel HD Graphics 5500. The non-touch display keeps weight low for frequent travel.

Suits mobile workers needing core apps.

This configuration suits professionals who run office suites, browser-based tools and video calls on the move. The 128 GB drive and sub-three-hour battery limit users who store large media libraries or work unplugged for a full day. Buyers who want more storage or all-day runtime should look elsewhere.

128 GB SATA mSATA SSD dictates capacity

The single 128 GB SATA mSATA SSD is the specification that decides fit: it sets the total space for the operating system, applications and files. With no second drive bay mentioned, capacity cannot be expanded internally. Verify that 128 GB covers your workload before purchase.

Questions about this item

Is the 128 GB SSD enough for typical office work and some media?

The 128 GB SATA mSATA SSD holds the operating system and everyday apps with room for documents and a modest media library; the supplier notes it can store up to 32000 songs, 75290 photos, or 32 1080p movies.

How does the 2.30 GHz Core i5-5300U perform in daily use?

The dual-core 5th Gen processor with Intel HD Graphics 5500 handles web browsing, document editing and video playback smoothly, though sustained heavy loads will be limited by the < 3 hour battery life.

What does the SATA mSATA interface mean for drive speed?

The SSD connects via SATA mSATA, so read and write speeds are capped at the SATA interface limit rather than faster PCIe-based designs.
