Questions about this item

What USB standard do the Type-A and Type-C ports use, and what is the practical speed ceiling?

All USB ports on this model are USB 3.0, so the practical throughput caps at 5 Gbps regardless of connector shape.

What are the exact chassis dimensions and weight for the base configuration?

The unit measures 1.29 in (32.88 mm) high, 13.66 in (347 mm) wide, 9.63 in (244.5 mm) deep and weighs 4.9 lbs (2.22 kg) with a single 3-cell battery and no handle.

How is Windows 11 Pro installed on this laptop, and what step do buyers often miss?

Windows 11 Pro ships pre-installed and activated; the step people miss is completing the out-of-box experience — region, keyboard, network sign-in and privacy settings — before the desktop becomes usable.
