Ready-to-install lamp module

The NEC NP-M260WJL replacement lamp arrives as a complete bulb-and-housing assembly. It fits directly into compatible NEC projectors without extra assembly steps. The module uses an NSHA 185W bulb manufactured to ISO9001 quality standards. Installation is straightforward for anyone maintaining a projector.

Consistent output across modes

In normal mode the lamp delivers up to 5,000 hours of service. Switching to economy mode extends that figure to 6,000 hours while reducing power draw. The 185W NSHA bulb maintains stable brightness and colour balance throughout its rated life. Each unit is tested for ignition, voltage and run-time before shipping.

Direct replacement for NP15LP

This module replaces the NEC NP15LP lamp used in select NEC projectors. It suits users who need a genuine OEM or OEM-compatible light source with verified beam performance. Buyers requiring a different wattage or a bare bulb without housing should look elsewhere. The jump is worthwhile when the original lamp reaches its rated hours or shows dimming.

Questions about this item

How much heat and power does the 185 W NSHA lamp generate during continuous all-day use?

The lamp draws 185 watts and is rated for 5 000 hours in normal mode or 6 000 hours in economy mode, so heat output scales with the selected brightness setting.

What existing projector hardware must I already own for this module to work?

You need a compatible NEC projector that accepts the NP-M260WJL (NP15LP) lamp module; the unit ships as a complete bulb-and-housing assembly ready for direct installation.

Will this replacement lamp behave the same as the original lamp in my older NEC projector?

Yes — it is built to OEM specifications with an NSHA 185 W bulb, delivering identical ignition, voltage and run-time characteristics in the supported projector models.
