Replacement lamp for NEC projectors

The DELL NEC NP-M302WS projector lamp arrives as a complete module with a new Philips UHP bulb inside its housing. It is built for owners of compatible NEC projectors who need a straightforward, ready-to-install replacement. Buyers who require a bare bulb without the housing or a different wattage specification will not be served by this unit.

Sustained output over thousands of hours

The UHP lamp is rated for 3,500 hours in Normal mode and up to 8,000 hours in Economy mode, giving a clear view of long-term brightness behaviour rather than a short-burst figure. ISO 9001 manufacturing checks cover beam performance, ignition stability, voltage consistency and run-time verification so the output remains steady across the rated lifespan.

Assembled housing and quality assurance

The pre-assembled housing removes the alignment step from installation, letting you swap the module and resume projection immediately. Each unit passes strict quality checks for appearance, connections and ignition before it leaves the factory, and the lamp is sourced from Philips, Osram, Ushio, Phoenix, Iwasaki or Matsushita production lines.

How many hours will the NP28LP lamp run in Economy mode before it needs replacing?

Will the NP28LP work in my older NEC projector that originally used the NP28LP part number?
