Micro desktop with Intel Core i5 6600T, 8 GB DDR4 and 128 GB SSD, preloaded with Windows 10 Pro
The Dell OptiPlex 7040 Micro is a compact business desktop built around a 64-bit quad-core Intel Core i5 6600T processor running at 2.70 GHz. It ships with Windows 10 Pro pre-installed and 8 GB of DDR4 memory. The 128 GB SSD provides the primary storage in a form factor designed to fit almost anywhere on a desk or behind a display.
Integrated Intel HD Graphics 530 drives one DisplayPort and one HDMI port, while legacy VGA and DVI connectors are absent, so older monitors will require an adapter. Six USB 3.0 ports and a Gigabit Ethernet jack handle peripherals and wired networking, but no Wi-Fi, keyboard or mouse are included in the box.
The 128 GB solid-state drive and 8 GB of memory handle typical office applications, web browsing and light multitasking comfortably. Larger media libraries, extensive local databases or memory-intensive workloads will exceed the available storage and RAM headroom, and the 65 W power supply limits expansion to low-profile components only.

Reproduced word for word from the maker or refurbisher: notices like these are not ours to rephrase.
The system ships with 8 GB DDR4; the board supports additional DDR4 modules if more capacity is required later.
The 65 W power supply and compact Micro chassis restrict how long the quad-core processor can hold its 2.70 GHz boost under continuous load.
The small form factor and 65 W adapter mean the fan spins up noticeably and the case warms up during extended use, but it stays within normal operating temperatures.
