Ready-to-Work Desktop for Home and Office

The Dell OptiPlex 990 Mini Tower arrives with Windows 10 Pro already installed and includes a USB keyboard and mouse. An Intel Core i7-2600 quad-core processor running at 3.40 GHz with 3.80 GHz Turbo Boost handles everyday productivity and study tasks. Eight gigabytes of DDR3 memory support smooth multitasking across common applications.

Storage Combination and Expansion Limits

A 2.5-inch 512 GB solid-state drive holds the operating system and frequently used programs for quick starts. A second 1 TB hard drive adds capacity for documents, media and backups. The 265 W power supply and Mini Tower chassis restrict the addition of high-power expansion cards or large numbers of extra drives.

Integrated Graphics and Connectivity Practicalities

Intel HD Graphics 2000 drives displays through the motherboard video outputs and is suited to office work, video playback and light casual titles. Gigabit Ethernet provides a wired network link without extra hardware. The DVD-RW drive reads and writes optical media for software installation or archiving. The included keyboard and mouse connect via USB ports on the front or rear panel.
