Precision 5530 mobile workstation

The Dell Precision 5530 is a 15.6 inch mobile workstation built around an 8th Gen Intel Core i7-8850H six-core processor and NVIDIA Quadro P1000 graphics with 4GB GDDR5 memory. It targets engineers, designers and analysts who need certified application performance in a thin silver chassis.

Factory-sealed unit ready to deploy

The laptop arrives new with Windows 11 Pro already installed and a Dell AC adapter in the box. No internal assembly is required; simply connect power, complete the first-boot setup and install your ISV software. The only common friction point is remembering to check for driver updates from Dell and NVIDIA before putting the system into production.

Verify ports and storage layout first

Confirm your workflow can use the available I/O: two USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports, one Thunderbolt 3 port and one HDMI 2.0 output alongside a headset jack. Storage is split between a 128 GB M.2 drive and a 2 TB SSD, so plan where the OS and active projects will live. The 16 GB DDR4 configuration is fixed, so buyers who need more memory should look elsewhere.
