Precision 5530 mobile workstation

The Dell Precision 5530 is a 15.6" mobile workstation built around an 8th Gen Intel Core i7-8850H six-core processor. It ships with 16 GB DDR4 memory and a 256 GB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD. A dedicated NVIDIA Quadro P1000 with 4 GB GDDR5 handles professional graphics workloads. The UHD touchscreen displays 3840 x 2160 on an IPS panel.

Thunderbolt 3 and HDMI 2.0 connectivity

Two USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports, one Thunderbolt 3 port and one HDMI 2.0 output provide video and data links. The Thunderbolt 3 interface carries x4 PCIe lanes for external GPU enclosures or high-speed storage. HDMI 2.0 supports external 4K displays at 60 Hz. No additional video outputs are present on the chassis.

256 GB PCIe NVMe boot drive

The single 256 GB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD holds the operating system and active projects. Capacity is fixed at 256 GB with no secondary drive bay listed. Buyers who need more local storage must rely on external solutions. The installed Windows 11 Pro environment is ready for immediate use.
