Product identity

The Dell Pro PC16250 is a 16.0-inch business laptop running Windows 11 Pro. It targets professionals who need a portable machine for office applications, web browsing and video conferencing. The 10-core Intel Core 5 120U processor with 16GB DDR5 memory handles everyday multitasking. Integrated Intel Graphics drives the 1920 x 1200 WUXGA TN panel.

Interface limits

The TN panel offers standard viewing angles and colour reproduction suitable for document work but not for colour-critical design. Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 provide modern wireless connectivity for typical office ranges. Two USB 3.2 Type-A ports, two USB 3.2 Type-C ports (one with DisplayPort) and HDMI cover common peripherals and a single external display. Integrated graphics limit 3D performance to light workloads.

Setup checks

Verify that your existing USB-A peripherals and external monitor cables match the available USB 3.2 and HDMI ports. Confirm that the single DisplayPort-capable USB-C port meets your multi-monitor needs. Ensure the 1TB solid-state capacity fits your local storage requirements before ordering. The 4.3 lbs weight and 0.82-inch profile suit regular travel but check bag compatibility.
