Solid steel Olympic bar for heavy lifts

This 7 ft chrome-plated bar weighs 45 lbs and handles up to 700 lb. The 30 mm diameter grip carries comfortable hand knurls for secure hold. It accepts Olympic plates with a 2" hole. The three-piece construction is built for durability and easy cleaning.

Upgrade from lighter standard bars

A 700 lb capacity lets you progress well beyond entry-level equipment that bends under serious load. The jump is worth it when your working sets exceed the limits of thinner or lower-rated bars. Solid steel construction resists permanent deformation over years of use.

Limited by 2" sleeve compatibility

Only Olympic plates with a 2" centre hole fit the sleeves; standard 1" plates cannot be used. The fixed 7 ft length requires adequate rack width and floor space. No rotating sleeves or bearing system is included, so plate spin under dynamic lifts is minimal.
