Instant Adhesive Kit 11320

The Devcon 11320 kit supplies a two-part epoxy system in an 11 g package for bonding metal parts. It suits maintenance crews who need a fast, wear-resistant repair adhesive that works indoors or outdoors.

Working time and cure behaviour

Mixed adhesive remains workable for 4 minutes before setting, giving a short window to position parts. The reactive cure reaches full strength without heat, eliminating downtime on emergency fixes.

Temperature and coverage limits

Maximum application temperature is 90 Degrees F, so the product is not suited for continuously hot surfaces. Coverage is rated at 60 sq in per pound, limiting the area a single kit can treat.

Questions about this item

Does the 11 g kit produce noticeable fumes or heat while curing during a full work day?

The adhesive is described as low odor and cures by a two-part reactive method at room temperature without external heating.

What substrates must I already have prepared for the resin and hardener to bond properly?

The product bonds metal and is rated for interior and exterior use on surfaces that are clean and dry before mixing.

Will the gray cured adhesive remain durable when used next to older epoxy repairs on the same assembly?

The cured material is wear resistant, water resistant and marine grade, so it maintains integrity alongside previous epoxy bonds.
