Custom Sleeved Cable Kit

This DIVI kit provides custom-sleeved cable extensions for a desktop power supply. It includes a 24-pin ATX connector, an 8-pin EPS connector, and two 8-pin PCI-E connectors. The set is designed for builders who want a cleaner internal appearance with colour-coordinated wiring.

18AWG Tinned Copper Construction

Each cable uses UL1015 certified 18AWG tinned copper conductors rated for 105°C and 600V. The three-layer structure adds high-temperature PVC insulation and a high-gloss braided outer sleeve with an outer diameter of 3.1mm. ABS connector housings resist aging, compression and high temperatures during normal operation.

Replaces Standard PSU Cables

The 30cm extensions replace the stock cables supplied with power supplies ranging from 500W to 1600W. The upgrade is worth it when the original cables are too short, poorly sleeved or clash with a themed build. Four combs per cable help maintain a tidy layout.

Questions about this item

How do I route the 30cm 24-pin ATX cable with its combs in a compact case?

Measure the motherboard-to-PSU path before bending; the 3.1 mm outer diameter and stiff tinned-copper core need gentle curves, and the four combs lock spacing once seated.

When should I check the braided sleeving and ABS connectors for wear?

Inspect the high-gloss fiber braid and ABS interfaces after any rebuild or yearly; look for frayed fibers or cracked housings before reusing.

What power draw makes the 18 AWG UL1015 rating the limiting factor?

Continuous loads near 1600 W push the 600 V 105 °C rated conductors to their thermal ceiling, so keep sustained draw below that level.
