Two-Pack Utility Knives

This two-pack supplies matching box cutters for shared workstations, classrooms or job sites where a spare blade is always welcome. Each unit is sold new and ready for daily cutting tasks.

All-Metal Retractable Build

An aluminium-alloy shell and SK-5 high-carbon steel blade resist wear through repeated cardboard, carpet, rope and plastic film cuts. The slider locks at multiple fixed extensions so the blade cannot slip back mid-cut.

5.9-Inch Pocket Profile

At 5.9 inches long with a 0.6-inch profile, the knife slides into a pocket, drawer or tool pouch without bulk. A lanyard hole offers optional tethering, while blade changes require only a screwdriver.

Questions about this item

Does the all-metal body of the DIYSELF DIY001RD get hot during long cutting sessions?

The aluminum alloy shell and hand-powered operation mean no motor heat builds up, so the handle stays at ambient temperature even after all-day use.

What do I need to have on hand to swap the SK-5 blade on the DIYSELF DIY001RD?

A screwdriver and a pair of gloves are all that is required to remove the old trapezoid blade and fit a new one.

Will the 5.9-inch DIYSELF DIY001RD fit in the same tool belt loop as my older 6-inch utility knife?

Its slim 0.6-inch profile and built-in lanyard hole let it sit in most standard loops or hang alongside larger knives without crowding.
