Amplified Handlebar Speaker Pods

These amplified pods mount directly to motorcycle or ATV handlebars. An integrated digital stereo amplifier drives two 2.5 inch full-range speakers for a peak output of 240 watts. Rugged ABS-PC construction with a cloth-protected steel mesh grill carries an IPX5 waterproof rating. Larger controls remain usable while wearing gloves.

Riders wanting cable-free audio on open handlebars

The bracket system fits most standard bars without modification and the 130 foot wireless range covers typical riding distances. Buyers needing a hard-wired marine installation or a compact single-unit sound bar should look at other form factors. The pods are built for two-wheeled and off-road vehicles rather than fixed indoor use.

240 watt peak output from integrated amplifier

The on-board digital stereo amplifier delivers 120 watts per speaker to the 2.5 inch drivers. This power figure determines whether the pods can overcome wind and engine noise at highway speeds. No separate amplifier or head unit is required to reach the rated output.

Questions about this item

How do I choose between the single-pod and paired-pod versions?

The product is sold as a paired set of two pods, each with a 2.5" full-range speaker driven by its own 120 W amplifier channel, so there is no separate single-pod option to select.

What does the 240 W peak music output mean when the pods are mounted on a bike?

It indicates the combined peak power both 2.5" speakers can deliver together — 120 W per pod — giving loud, clear audio that remains audible over wind and engine noise at riding speeds.

What does the IPX5 rating cap in real-world exposure?

IPX5 certifies resistance to water jets from any direction, so heavy rain, road spray and splashes are handled, but the pods are not rated for submersion or high-pressure washing.
