DYMO LabelManager Executive 640 CB Label 2197370

Portable label printer

The DYMO LabelManager Executive 640 CB is a rechargeable handheld label maker designed for professionals who need clear identification on site or at a desk. It prints on D1 Standard and Durable tapes from 6 mm up to 24 mm wide. A large colour display lets you preview layouts and choose from four background colours. Connectivity is handled by USB-C and Bluetooth Low Energy for cable-free operation with phones, tablets or computers.

Upgrade from basic labellers

This model replaces entry-level machines that rely on disposable batteries, small monochrome screens and wired-only connections. The jump is worth it when you regularly change label widths, want on-screen design previews, or need to print from multiple devices without re-pairing. The lithium-ion cell removes the recurring cost and waste of AA packs, while the colour screen makes symbol and font selection faster than scrolling through a two-line display.

Suits mobile professionals

The Executive 640 CB fits facilities managers, electricians, IT installers and office administrators who move between locations and value a single tool for cables, panels, files and assets. Buyers who only need occasional fixed-width labels for home filing will find simpler, cheaper devices adequate. Users requiring industrial-grade cutters, RFID encoding or continuous-roll printing should look at dedicated bench-top systems instead.
