The DYNABRADE 49410 is a pneumatic right-angle disc sander built for heavy-duty applications. It runs on compressed air at 90 psi and consumes 26 cfm. A fixed-speed motor delivers 200 rpm to the 2 in pad. The tool accepts adhesive-backed abrasives only.

Installation needs a 1/4 in hose and NPT inlet

Connect the 1/4 in NPT air inlet to a supply line rated for at least 26 cfm at 90 psi. Use a minimum 1/4 in hose to avoid pressure drop. The spindle uses a 1/4-20 thread for the included pad. No vacuum port is fitted, so dust extraction must be handled separately.

Check air supply and abrasive compatibility
