1-inch Brass Electronic Ball Valve
This electrically actuated two-way ball valve controls fluid flow in HVACR and appliance systems. The chrome-plated brass ball and RPTFE seat handle operating pressures up to 600 psi. Rated IP66, the actuator runs on 120V AC and completes a 90-degree cycle in 2.5 seconds.
Replaces manual or failed solenoid valves
The quarter-turn design suits applications that need reliable on/off control without a spring-return requirement. Fail-last positioning holds the valve in its current state during power loss. The jump is worth it when manual override and local position indication simplify commissioning.
Straight two-piece body with FNPT threads
Installation uses standard 1-inch FNPT connections on a straight valve body. The built-in manual override allows operation without power for testing. Thermal overload protection guards the actuator during extended duty. Ensure the media is compatible with PTFE, RPTFE and FKM seals before fitting.

Questions about this item
What size pipe thread does the 1" FNPT brass valve body require?
The valve uses a 1-inch female NPT connection that threads directly onto matching male pipe threads.
How is the 120V AC actuator wired and where is the common wiring mistake?
Power connects to the actuator leads; the step often missed is confirming the supply is 120V AC before energising the unit.
Which seal materials may need replacement after extended service?
The valve uses PTFE, RPTFE and FKM seals that can wear over time and may require replacement.
