Eight-Person Wireless Intercom

The Eartec EVADE EVX8S is a full-duplex wireless intercom system built for teams of eight who need hands-free communication without cables or a central hub. One single-ear master headset and seven single-ear remote headsets link automatically in the 2.4 GHz band. All electronics and the 3.7 volt lithium-polymer battery sit inside each earcup.

Hub-Free Setup with Multi-Charger

Because every headset contains its own radio and power source, no bodypack, belt-worn transmitter or base station is required. The package includes a nine-port multi-charger with a US plug adapter that replenishes all eight rechargeable batteries simultaneously. Each charge delivers up to eight hours of operation across a range of 1148 feet.

Cleaning Kit for Daily Hygiene

A Goby Labs spray for microphones and headphones plus a five-pack of Kellards anti-static screen cleaning wipes ship in the same box. The spray removes residue from boom mics and earpads while the wipes keep lenses and screens clear. A soft padded case stores the complete kit between uses.

Questions about this item

How long can the eight headsets run on a single charge before the 3.7 V lithium-polymer batteries need recharging?

Each headset delivers up to eight hours of continuous operation per charge, and the included nine-port multi-charger replenishes all eight batteries at once.

What is the typical fan or thermal noise level when the headsets operate all day in a quiet environment?

The headsets have no internal fans; they rely on passive cooling, so acoustic output is limited to the microphone and earpiece at normal speaking volumes.

Does the system need a separate base station, hub or bodypack to link the master and seven remote headsets together?

No — all radio circuitry and the battery are built into each earcup, so the eight headsets pair automatically on the 2.4 GHz band without any extra hardware.
