Hydraulic elbow for 1/4-inch hose

This Eaton 90-degree elbow fitting connects a quarter-inch hydraulic hose to a half-inch minus twenty female JIC swivel. The crimpable design creates a permanent seal suited to high-pressure fluid-power systems. Technicians assembling mobile or industrial hydraulic circuits use this part to route lines around tight corners.

Replaces worn or mismatched JIC elbows

When an existing crimp fitting leaks, cracks or no longer matches the hose dash size, this elbow restores a reliable joint. The jump is worth it whenever the circuit demands a thirty-seven-degree flare seal and SAE 100R1 or 100R2 hose compatibility. It is not for push-on or reusable fittings that require a different connection method.

Limited to crimp assembly and listed standards

Installation requires crimping equipment matched to dash size five hose; the fitting cannot be reused once crimped. The trivalent chromium zinc finish meets ROHS requirements and the part conforms to SAE 100R1, SAE 100R2 and GH793 standards. It does not suit flareless, O-ring face seal or metric thread interfaces.
